CANCELLATION FEES:
If you're unable to keep your appointment, please notify the office at least 24 hours in advance so that we may use this time slot for another patient.
Notifications made for the following day after business hours, on weekends, holidays or after we close at 12 pm (noon) on Fridays will be charged.

MEDICATION PRESCRIPTIONS:
If requesting a medication refill please allow up to 72 hrs to be completed. Requests sent after business hours or on the weekend will not be addressed until the following business day, please plan accordingly.
