Getting your LAB results using PDG

Automated Communication System

The PDG system is our way of communicating basic lab results with you. The PDG system is similar to a “voice mail”, where you have a personal code and can access this message from anywhere. This system allows us to leave you a message and avoids “phone tag”.
If there is a recommended change in your therapy (ie change in medication), you will also receive in the mail a printed copy of your labs with recommendations and any prescriptions as needed.
If extensive changes are suggested to your treatment, the provider will contact you and request a sooner appointment to review all results in person.
