When you are finished with your appointment and ready to check out, our Scheduler will note your next Lab draw. No Lab requisition will be necessary since it will be processed in our Lab across the hall.

Your Lab results will be processed and entered into an Automated Medical Communications System. Expect your results to be posted usually within one week following your Lab draw.

To Access the system (called PDG) Dial 1-877-202-6764

• At the prompt enter your Dr.s I.D. Code (provided by your Medical Assistant)
• At the next prompt enter your Patient I.D. (your social security code)
• Listen to your message
• Press 1 to listen to message again or end call.
