After your Lab results are processed (typically one week turnaround), they are entered into an Automated Medical Communications System.

To Access the system (called PDG) Dial 1-877-202-6764

• At the prompt enter your Dr.s I.D. Code (provided by your Medical Assistant)
• At the next prompt enter your Patient I.D. (your social security code)
• Listen to your message
• Press 1 to listen to message again or end call.
