If you cannot keep an appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. This courtesy enables us to give that time to another patient and to reschedule your visit as soon as possible. Procedure appointments should be cancelled 72 hours prior to the appointment time.

You will receive a follow-up call back within 24-48 hours to re-schedule your appointment. Please provide your scheduled appointment date, your name, DOB, contact phone number and reason for cancellation.

NOTE: You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment to avoid a no show charge of $75.00. Please print your cancellation email confirmation page as receipt.
